Blackboard’s waitlist is now open.
Access will not be based on registration order alone. You can increase your Waitlist Score by connecting social accounts, completing activities, and inviting friends. The higher your score, the higher you move in the rankings and the sooner you may gain access.

Three Ways to Access Blackboard Early
1. Qualify Through Your Waitlist Score
All participants can increase their Waitlist Score by completing waitlist activities. Weekly access waves will prioritize users with the highest scores.
2. Hyperliquid User Fast Track
Eligible Hyperliquid users can bypass the standard waitlist waves.
Connect an external wallet to verify ownership, and Blackboard will retrieve its cumulative perpetual futures trading volume directly from Hyperliquid. Each account may submit only one wallet, and it cannot be changed after submission.
The required trading volume will be announced on **September 1**.
3. Use an Invite Code
A limited number of one-time invite codes will be distributed through official partners and selected communities.
Users with a valid code can gain immediate access regardless of their waitlist position. Invite code users will not count toward the standard wave allocation.

Your score updates automatically whenever you complete an activity or earn a successful referral.
Because rankings depend on every participant’s Waitlist Score, one referral will not always move you up by the same number of places. What is guaranteed is the increase to your score.
Each successful referral adds 30 to your Waitlist Score, with additional bonuses awarded at referral milestones.
Referral Milestone Bonuses
Referral milestone bonuses are cumulative. When you reach a new milestone, you keep all bonuses earned from previous milestones.

For example, five successful referrals add 150 to your score. The cumulative milestone bonuses add another 260, resulting in a total increase of 410.
Your waitlist screen will show your current referral count and progress toward the next milestone.
Access Wave Schedule
Access will expand over four waves:

Rankings will be recalculated based on each participant’s score at the time of every wave. Score increases earned between waves will count toward the next selection.
After each wave, we plan to publish the cutoff score so participants can estimate what they may need for the next round.
Once You Receive Access, You Keep It
Access will never be revoked because of a later ranking change.
If you qualify during an earlier wave, you will keep your access even if other participants later move ahead of you. As a result, the total number of admitted users may be slightly higher than each wave’s stated threshold.
Hyperliquid Fast Track and invite code users will be counted separately from the standard wave allocation.
